If you are a full-time or partial-load faculty member at Conestoga College, you are covered by the province-wide Academic Employees Collective Agreement (CA). It is a legally binding contract: It specifies the rights and obligations you have as a member of the bargaining unit, and the rights and obligations of your employer. The contract is enforced through legally binding dispute resolution processes including Grievance Arbitration (Article 32) and Workload Resolution Arbitration (WRA).  Partial load faculty should refer to Article 26: Partial Load Employees; and Full-time Article 11: Workload
