Welcome to Local237, we are so happy to have you join our community of educators at Conestoga.  This website will provide you with information regarding your role as an educator as it relates to the collective agreement.  If you have not been part of a union before, I want to assure you that the LEC or Local Executive Committee are here to answer your questions and provide support when needed.  The purpose of the Local is to provide member focused support to faculty.
