Demand Set Meeting Thursday 19 January, 2012 Preparation Information/Opportunity Hello Faculty and Counsellors I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Happy New Year! I also want to thank all of you who took the time to complete the Survey for our Bargaining Team. It is reassuring to see that our Team is asking the membership for guidance in identifying possible themes for the upcoming negotiations. And, for those of you who have requested that I send out the bargaining survey again, please find it at this link address. Some of you were also asking about sending this information confidentially and anonymously and I want to assure you that both are possible. If you prefer to submit this survey without your name, then please do not complete that part of the survey. The purpose of this meeting is for the Local 237 membership to identify their top 10 demands, which will be presented and voted on at the provincial wide Demand set Meeting in Toronto on March 31-April1, 2012.
